Westend Festival Competition Terms and Conditions 1.
Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other
information contained within the promotional advertisements form part of
these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree
to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2.
Entry is open to residents of 3.
Only entries on original coupons published within The West
Australian on Wednesday 27 January, 03 February and 10 February 2010 will
be valid. Photocopies and facsimiles are not valid. 4.
There are three possible entry mechanisms: 5.

Dropped into the barrel at 7.
The winner
will be drawn at 5:45pm on Friday 12 February at QV.1 Alfresco, Hay St,
Perth. The major prize winner must be present at the draw, at the main stage
at QV.1 Alfresco, Hay Street, Perth, to be eligible to win the prize. The winner
must show Photo ID to redeem their prize. If in the event the winner is not
present at the draw, another name will be drawn until a valid winner is
found. 8.
The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the winner and will
receive the following prize. Total Prize Package is valued at $5,200. 9.

Vouchers, are subject to
availability, must be booked and arranged by the winner and must be taken
prior to the expiry date stated on the Voucher. 32.
All vouchers must be used before the expiry stated on each
voucher. 33.
All additional costs incurred will be at the expense of the
winner. 34.
It will be the winner’s responsibility to redeem the prize from
the promoter. 35.
All prizes are neither redeemable for cash nor transferable. 36.
The winner must be over 18 years of age. Proof of age will be
required when redeeming the prize. 37.
Employees of The West Australian Newspapers Limited Group, The City Of Perth, The Westend
Festival and their associated agencies, sponsors and immediate families, are
ineligible to enter. 38.

It is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to have their
name and suburb published for publicity purposes if required. 40.
Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions.
The Promoters’ decision will be final and cannot be contested. No
correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to
limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice. 41.
